Willmar UMC Ministry Volunteers:

Wednesday evening (School-year) Preschool-6th Grade Program Planners – Work with a Task Group in planning program, recruiting leaders, and facilitating a Wednesday evening program for children.  Please contact Pastor Chad if you are interested in volunteering for this task.

Rally Sunday Task Force Members – Help organize and implement the Kick-Off to our Sunday School program in the Fall.                                                                                                     

Sunday School Teacher/Substitute – One or two teachers for the elementary grades are still needed – “Team” teaching opportunities available!  Also needed are substitutes who are willing to teach a week at a time (Pre K – Grade 6).  Contact Allison Fischer (214-7289) if you would like to help with one of these areas

Adult Co-Leaders for Youth Group and Confirmation – Work with Michael to share in the leadership of Youth events this summer.  Begin planning and preparing for Fall as a Youth Group Leader and/or Confirmation Teacher.

Confirmation Mentor Coordinator – Work with Michael to match mentors up with students; plan and promote 3-4 events for mentors and students during the school year.

Community Meals – Our church will be serving a free meal to the community on the fourth Sunday of each month.  Volunteers are needed to help greet, prepare and serve food, assist with questions, and share in the fellowship during the meal.  In addition, financial support for the program will be required.
